Résumé

A copper catalyst promotes dehydrogenative couplings of phenols with minimal or no excess of Nformamides • This method is applied to prepare two biosourced urethane monomers, free of isocyanates • Dehydrogenative coupling and thiol-ene click polymerization create isocyanate-free polyurethane thermosets

• Isocyanates are replaced by CO₂-derived N-formamides to prepare Non-Isocyanate PolyUrethanes (NIPUs)

• The physicochemical and mechanical properties of NIPU thermosets are investigated.
