Résumé
The study about relations between management control and human resource management (HRM) is not a recent phenomenon. An important Anglo-Saxon literature on behavioral and organizational aspects of management control does exist still the beginning of the 1950s and the subject gives rise to a real interest in France. With the development of complex and dynamic forms of organizations, the question of the relations between management control and HRM appears as more important giving rise to news perspectives of research. It seems that in these organizational contexts, traditional mechanisms of control based on behaviors or results standardization encounter their limits. Consequently; management control leans on other mechanisms which imply a prominent part of HRM. This paper emphasize two kinds of mechanisms: informal mechanisms of organizational control and a control based on organizational learning.
