Résumé
As part of the Neopass© research program based on real work situations, the study demonstrates the interest of involving novice inspectors, school principals and trainers in the design of the NeopassCadres platform. Supporting data from recording design activity and research interviews, the results show in particular that integration of these professionals in the design was supported by the creation of collective work’s spaces, the confrontations of analysis and the simulations of use. In this perspective, the process of collective design becomes an opportunity to develop the agency of the professionals involved.
