Résumé

The localization of choline acetyltransferase messenger RNA has been studied using a digoxigenin-tailed complementary oligodeoxynucleotide probe forin situ hybridization.Putative cholinergic cells of the rat and ferret spinal cord and the ferret retina were labeled. This technique affords superior resolution compared to radioactively labeled probes, with apparently equal sensitivity.
