Résumé
An essential oil was obtained from fresh leaves of Neomitranthes cordifolia, collected in South Brazil, and analyzed by GG and GC/MS. Twenty-four compounds were identified and-it represents 78.9% of the oil contents, of which β-carvophyllene and (E)-β-farnesene were the major components.
