Résumé

The essential oil was obtained from fresh leaves of Siphoneugena reitzii, collected in South Brazil, and analyzed by GC and GC/MS. Twenty-seven compounds were identified representing 95.2% of the oil. The major components were α-pinene (37.3%) and β-pinene (19.3%).
