X-ray Reflectivity experiments have been used to characterize mesoporous silica thin films templated by the P123 EO30-PO70-EO30 (EO ethylene oxide, PO propylene oxide) triblock copolymer having the 2D hexagonal structure and to study the capillary condensation of water in such materials.
