Résumé
A 56-year-old non atopic woman with a history of cutaneous reactions to adhesive bandages not further investigated was referred for evaluation of linear, erythematous and edematous lesions on the right side of her neck (Figure 1A). The following day, she reported an extension of the lesions toward her neckline. The day before the onset of her symptoms, she had been walking along a lake near Montpellier, in the South of France. She remembered having touched resin-impregnated leaves of a Mediterranean cypress or Cupressus sempervirens before touching her neck right after that.
