Abstract

recombinant antibody thyroglobuline gene therapy
Recombinant antibodies and antibody fragments are currently being produced. They can be used in vitro for the structural study of antigen-antibody interactions for instance, but their in vivo production may have applications for gene therapy of certain cancers and severe viral diseases and in developing new animal models of autoimmune disease. We report here these two types of applications using a recombinant antihuman thyroglobulin (hTg) antibody. (C) 1998 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
