Résumé
Hypertensives pathologies of pregnancy remain the leading cause of fetal mortality and second leading cause of maternal mortality worldwide, the first of which is pre-eclampsia.One of the main difficulties in the management of these patients is the lack of diagnostic reliability of blood pressure measuring devices, which are based on the analysis of the oscillometric envelope, reflecting the vascular behavior, which remain highly variable in pregnancy. The innovative SFATI algorithm aims to improve the reliability and accuracy of blood pressure measurement, while providing a measure of arterial stiffness during the same measurement. This approach aims to identifiy specific oscillometric profiles and to evaluate the predictive potentiel of the SFATI method in the occurrence of hypertensive complications of pregnancy.
