Works effect on health has always been questioned. Since the twentieth century, “burnout” concept’s researches have continued to intensify. The conceptualization of this notion of growing scope, allows us to better define this constantly evolving concept. Prevention has become a public health issue and the most effective key to fight against the installation of psychosocial risk factors related to work. From multifactorial origin and insidious progressive development, "burnout" also affects health professionals, historically exposed to risk factors. The pharmacists between health professionals, traders and company managers, are particularly susceptible. Recently, with the Covid-19 pandemic, the permanent solicitation of front-line actors has reorganized the health system. In a climate of general tension, the role of the community pharmacist, a local health professional, has been reinforced as a key player in public health. However, they have been exposed to numerous risk situations, which can lead to burnout. What are the risk factors present in this profession? And what is the situation since the Covid- 19 pandemic?
