FemTech, at the intersection of technology and women's health, has seen remarkable evolution since 2016, becoming a thriving sector. This thesis explored its challenges, opportunities and outlook. FemTech had to overcome taboos and obstacles but persists in innovating to address women's needs. Its business models are varied. The study of the French market reveals the need for collaboration to accelerate its development and reduce inequalities. FemTech opens up opportunities to improve women's health. Funding must be simplified, professionals made aware, inequalities monitored and women's health made a priority, without taboo. FemTech calls for a society where this health is recognized by all and women's well-being at the heart of advancements, woman no longer being the "second sex".
