Résumé
In an instable ecological context, scientists predict an increase of health crisis in the years to come. The example of Covid-19 outbreak now highlights the difficulties and challenges associated with the future health threats. Infectious disease transmission an old issue in human history. Science discoveries and knowledge with medicines brought us to develop strong and effective tools against them The implementation of physical protection and other public health measures have shown us that we could reduce the consequence of an outbreak with simple actions. Besides, medicine and research have made great strides, with innovations and developments becoming ever more rapid. The example of the adaptative trial in the context of Covid-19 outbreak research showed how flexible and adaptative the research could be. Finally, the organization of the health system has a central role in crisis management. But those solutions alone are not sufficient to cover the impact of a pandemic crisis on the whole society, and it becomes necessary to think and act for the improvement of our management tools and crisis management. This thesis aims to explore our management tools, the research, and its acceleration but also the systemic dimension of the health crisis issues and the necessity to have a multi-disciplinary management. To live with this sanitary context, the society must be able to evolves and adapts faster than a virus can.
