Résumé
CAR T cell therapies are revolutionizing the treatment of patients suffering from hematological malignancies. These therapies involve collecting T cells from patients, genetically modifying them and then injecting them into the same patients. These treatments present significant logistical and economic constraints for the entire French healthcare ecosystem, including hospitals, payers, and the pharmaceutical industry. A limited number of treatments are provided today, but this number tends to increase exponentially. Further reflection is required to ensure their access to the French market in the future, given the constraints they entail.
