Résumé
Myocardial infarction affects between 80,000 and 100,000 people in France each year. One of these main risk factors is dyslipidemia, which results in LDL cholesterol levels above recommended targets. In secondary prevention, the treatment of this dyslipidemia is one of the pillars of care. Sometimes first-line lipid-lowering treatments are not sufficient to achieve recommended target levels. In 2018, two anti-PSK9 antibodies arrived on the French market; Alirocumab and Evolocumab. Faced with their impressive reduction in LDL cholesterol levels, they quickly find themselves in the recommendations of cardiology companies. Thus, they have today become the third-line lipid-lowering treatments for secondary prevention of myocardial infarction. Through the management of myocardial infarction, this thesis develops the arrival of anti-PCSK9 antibodies in cardiological recommendations, and the role that the community pharmacist can have in their delivery.
