Delving into the critical issues surrounding the management of dyslipidemias in the context of acute coronary syndrome (ACS), this thesis provides an in-depth analysis of the implications, challenges, and opportunities faced by the medical affairs department of a pharmaceutical industry. Despite having an established therapeutic arsenal, the management of post-ACS dyslipidemias encounters challenges such as patient adherence and therapeutic inertia among physicians. The pharmaceutical industry, by supporting medical initiatives, acts as a catalyst for improving patient care. At the intersection of therapeutic advancements and persistent medical needs, this study offers informed recommendations aimed at guiding future interactions between the medical affairs department and healthcare professionals to optimize the management of post-ACS cardiovascular diseases.
