Résumé
The legislation in terms of responsible persons in the pharmaceutical industries is specific in France compared to other European countries. Indeed in France this person "Responsible Pharmacist" has greater responsibilities, but also the requirements to access such a position are more important than those required by other European countries to access the position of "Qualified Person". This difference is mainly due to the pharmaceutical monopoly, whose first drafts date back to the 18th century. This study allows us to highlight firstly the different responsibilities that exist and secondly to highlight the differences in responsibilities between the Responsible Pharmacist and the Qualified Person.
