Résumé

Pneumopathie aiguë communautaire Échographie pleuropulmonaire Échographie clinique Pédiatrie Urgences
Community-acquired pneumonia (CAP) is the most important cause of death by infection in the world among children. At this time, the diagnosis of CAP is based on clinical and radiographic data. Point-of-care ultrasound (POCUS) is booming in contemporary medical world in particular in emergency room or intensive care unit. POCUS allows the clinician to upgrade his diagnostic skills in real time thanks to easy and reproductible sonography techniques. In pediatric emergency room, it seems relevant to train physicians to deploy this new and promising tool which is non-irradiant, reproductible, inexpensive and directly used bedside. Our study aims to train our pediatric emergency-room physicians to POCUS techniques exploring pleura and lungs and then to evaluate the inter-observer agreement after our sonography program over children under 16 years-old consulting in pediatric emergency-room with a chest radiography prescribed.
