Résumé

Angiographie Anévrisme rompu -- Thérapeutique Hémorragie cérébrale Système nerveux -- Radiographie Anévrysme intracrânien -- thérapie Procédures endovasculaires
The objective of this monocentric study was to provide an update on the event’s rate induced by intracranial aneurysm endovascular treatment, and to determine the impact on patient’s outcome. We performed retrospective analyses of peri and postprocedural angiographic studies and longitudinal clinical outcomes of 412 patients. A total of 48 (11.9%) complications occurred (IC a 95% 8.7 to 15.1), 20 (4.9%) periprocedural (IC a 95% 2.7 to 7.0) and 31 (7.7%) during the 6 months follow-up period (IC a 95% 5.1 to 10.3). Periprocedural events were unrelated to bad clinical outcome (p=0.47), defined by a mRS at 6 months being superior to the baseline mRS. However, events occurring during follow-up significantly led to bad outcomes (p < 0,0001). Overall, the procedural complication risk rate leading to a bad clinical outcome at six-months was 3.23%. The fatality rate was 0.49%.
