Résumé

Intraveineux Oral Entéral Hypertension artérielle Réanimation Adulte Antihypertenseurs Pression artérielle
This protocol aims at studying two ways of arterial hypertension management in adults intensive care patients. The incidence of arterial hypertension in intensive care unit ranges from 7 to 30%. In intensive care, treatment of hypertension is not standardized, in particular for administration route. In majority of cases, intravenous route is preferred whereas literature suggests that enteral route could be as effective as intravenous route. The main objective of this study is to demonstrate the non-inferiority of the enteral route compared to the continuous intravenous route in terms of bloodpressure control. The second objectives are safety and tolerance of each administration route. This is a pilot, monocentric, prospective, randomized, open-label, controlled study, in a population of intensive care patients.
