Résumé
Urinary tract infection in women is called cystitis. Bacteria are involved, they cause inflammation of the bladder, pain when urinating and other symptoms that are both unpleasant and urgent. Untreated cystitis can lead to complications: recurrences of urinary tract infections, or even more serious, pyelonephritis. It is therefore essential to treat it as soon as symptoms appear and to implement preventive measures. The study of this thesis focuses on the feedback from the experimentation of the protocol for managing pollakiuria in a pharmacy included in a CPTS. Pharmacists can perform urine strips and prescribe antibiotics in this context. Our study therefore made it possible to evaluate this protocol and to collect the opinions of the main stakeholders: pharmacists and patients.
