Résumé

Hypnose Phobies -- Thérapeutique Anxiété Thérapie cognitivo-comportementale Troubles anxieux
Anxiety disorders are among the most widespread mental pathologies; however, the subcategory of specific phobias remains insufficiently explored scientifically. Although exposure therapy is currently recommended, uncertainties persist regarding its sustainability due to the inherent challenges of direct exposure to phobogenic stimuli and patient receptivity to this method. The obstacles associated with exposure frequently lead to premature interruption of therapeutic interventions. The research problem of this study focuses on expanding psychotherapeutic options for specific phobias, currently restricted to cognitive-behavioral therapies (CBT) in accordance with the guidelines of the Haute Autorité de Santé (HAS). The introduction of medical hypnosis, eliminating the need for direct exposure to phobogenic stimuli, has generated interest in the treatment of specific phobias. Although this approach has been empirically observed in non-pharmacological anxiety disorder treatment units, it has not yet undergone scientific validation. The objective of this thesis is to rigorously evaluate the effect of medical hypnosis on specific phobias. More extensive research is needed to date to support the results obtained. This study represents a preliminary observational retrospective analysis, offering perspectives for further exploration in light of the encouraging results obtained.
