Résumé
The prevalence of chronic diseases increases with the life expectancy of the population. The concomitance of several chronic pathologies or risk factors in the same individual is now much more frequent than the situation of a single pathology. The healthcare system has still not adapted to this reality and operates with models of care centered on a single pathology. Through a survey of pharmacists in the Occitanie regi on, we will see to what extent the pharmacist can contribute to the care of his or her polypathological patients.
