Résumé
This thesis offers a deep dive into endocrine disruptors, chemical substances that impact the hormonal system. It first elucidates the intricacies of the endocrine system, emphasizing the delicate hormonal interactions that govern our physiology and health. Next, the study delves into endocrine disruptors themselves, exploring their origins, mechanisms, and potential risks they pose to human health. Finally, it assesses the evolution of National Strategies on Endocrine Disruptors and the French and European regulatory frameworks, highlighting the adaptive nature of these regulations, their existing gaps, future outlooks, and underscoring the imperative for decisive action, ongoing research, and transparent communication to safeguard public health and the environment against this silent threat.
