Résumé
This work describes certain pathologies strictly localised to the oral sphere, caused or promoted by drugs frequently used in French pharmacies. The inducing drugs are listed, the mechanisms are described when possible, and other etiologies are also discussed. The photographs provided as examples are intended to help visualise the adverse effects. One finds osteonecrosis of the jaw, gingival growths, different types of ulcerations, dysgeusia, halitosis, xerostomia, dyschromias, lichenoïd reactions, oral infectious complications of different types.
