Résumé
To avoid current climatic challenges, winegrowers and laboratories are developing new methods fortreating and stimulating the vine. This report presents the trial of a new vine biostimulant, resultingfrom five years of research between the Sofralab laboratory and Frayssinet. It is in Languedoc, at thelimits between the departments of Hérault (34) and Gard (30) that this experiment was carried out,on a parcel of Merlot intended for vinification in red. From the vine to the cellar, analyzes will supportthe thesis of the effectiveness of the foliar stimulation of the Oenoterris® product. The conclusionswill be supported by a tasting of the finished wines and statistical analyzes for the evaluation of thearomatic profile of the wines from the part of the plot treated and from the untreated part.
