Résumé
The aim of our study is to evaluate in these patients the changes in the tumor microenvironment and the immuneresponse potentially induced by this very high intensity cryotherapy. This is one of the first studies that will evaluate the changes in the tumor microenvironment after cryotherapy inpatients with painful subcutaneous metastases from breast cancer. The cryotherapy technique used is innovative, with liquid nitrogen, more powerful than argon cryotherapy. The in-depth analysis of the modifications of this microenvironment will open the doors to new combinedtreatments with potentiation between cryoablation and immunotherapies thanks to a better understanding of theimmunosuppressive mechanisms.
