Résumé
This thesis focuses on food education. Our initial research, which aimed to change students' eatinghabits through an educational approach, led us to examine teachers' representations on this subjectand their impact in the classroom. Through a free association of words, we have identified a centralcore of representations. Semi-structured interviews allowed to verify this core and to explore itsinfluence on pedagogical practices. The results show that, despite promising initiatives in France, teachers' perceptions persist as obstacles to effective education.
