Résumé
Generalized anxiety disorder (GAD) was first defined by the DSM in 1980 and each version of the DSM has added to this definition to make it more precise. GAD is a pathology which, although affecting a large number of individuals, is still relatively unknown to health professionals and even to the general population as a whole. The research that I wanted to develop in this thesis initially concerns a description of the pathology and its particular characteristics in order to establish an informed, objective and coherent diagnosis. The rest of this thesis allowed me to draw up a fairly detailed inventory of the possible treatments for this pathology, whether it involves drug treatments or therapies that can be carried out with or without medicinal treatment. To carry out, in the last part, an inventory of the knowledge of the dispensing pharmacist and their possibilities of taking charge of this pathology using surveys carried out among health professionals (pharmacists, assistants, pharmacy technicians, pharmacy students or apprentice pharmacy technicians). This "field" inventory has made it possible to highlight a certain lack of knowledge of this pathology and also a demand from health professionals in terms of information and explanations about this disorder. This therefore led me to develop a technical and educational form about GAD, which I hope will be enlightening and useful to the health professionals concerned.
