Thesis in 3 parts dealing completely with Parry-Romberg syndrome:- The first part is a full written overview of Parry-Romberg syndrome. It is based on research using PubMed and Google, relevant international articles, journals and case reports published in recognized scientific journals. The key words used were: "Parry-Romberg syndrome", "idiopathic hemifacial atrophy", "progressive facial hematrophy", "saber scleroderma", "juvenil localised scleroderma", "hemi-hypertrophy".To date, there is no consensus on the diagnosis or management of Parry-Romberg syndrome.This cross-sectional analysis allows a global approach of the syndrome and its diagnosis and establishes an adapted management through the proposition of Consensus.- The objective of the second part is to study the different surgical techniques according to the stage of the syndrome, what they achieve, the results of these techniques and the chronology of the syndrome. The outcome of this defines a protocol of personalized surgical treatment adapted and effective for each individual patient.- The third part presents a personnal clinical report of the operation.
