Résumé
Alzheimer's disease is a complex neurodegenerative disease, in charge of the majority of dementias and for which there is not yet an effective treatment; thus prevention of this disease and non-drug management of patients are essential. A healthy lifestyle, namely regular physical activity, cognitive activities, psychomotor activities, social activities and a varied and antioxidant-enriched diet, can slow the onset and progression of this disease. The role of dispensary pharmacist in preventing alzheimer's in the elderly and supporting patients is decisive. It plays a key role in informing patients about a healthy lifestyle adapted to the disease, ensuring safe delivery of treatments, monitoring medications to avoid, rearranging the home, educating and especially accompanying patients and caregivers.
