Résumé
In the competitive and challenging environment of rare diseases, this paper examines the role of the medical profession in the quest for market access. This quest cannot be achieved without major collaboration between medical affairs and the market access team. In this thesis, we will describe the different problems and environments encountered through the study of two products launched by the same company, and we will study the different factors that may have modified the launch strategies of these two products. We will also study the two pathologies that illustrate this thesis, namely Gaucher disease and acid sphingomyelinase deficiency or ASMD.
