Résumé
In France, 4 out of 10 French people use non-conventional medicines according to the Ministry of Economy and Finance. The monopoly, the proximity and the trust granted to the pharmacist place the pharmacy as the place where the demand for natural products at the counter is daily. One of the risks for the pharmacist is to approach the patient not as a patient, but to relate him to a simple consumer. The initial training as well as the professional practice make the pharmacist legitimate vis-à-vis his patients in his advisory role. It is therefore essential that, faced with a spontaneous request from parents, pharmacists preserve their professional independence and be able to discern situations where advice is sufficient from those requiring the advice of a specialist.
