Résumé
The course of care is one of the biggest preoccupation of the health system, in a way to improve communication between the actors of health-hospital-private health establishment-city medicine. Several laws have entered into force and have made it possible to put in place several tools so that the decompartmentalization between the different sectors is as efficient as possible. But does the creation of these different tools, whether they serve the coordination of care or the cooperation between the actors of the health system, really allow a simplification of this care pathway? Does the accumulation of these tools over the various health laws mean that the French "mille-feuille" makes their implementation unsuccessfull? Too many tools miss the goal of decompartmentalising and simplifying the treatment process. Isn't it the role of the ARS to regulate the tools to achieve their best use? This thesis aims to propose ways according to several actors interviews so that the decompartmentalization of the care pathway becomes finally effective.
