Résumé
The SARS-CoV-2 pandemic has resulted in over 770 million cases of COVID-19, and it is estimated that between 6.5% and 12.7% of patients present with an onset or persistence of symptoms several months after their infection. These symptoms can be varied and/or multiple, and are grouped together under the term Long COVID. These symptoms can affect several systems such as the nervous, digestive, respiratory, cardiovascular, genito-urinary, bone or muscular systems. These patients present immune system abnormalities, including autoimmunity, dysbiosis of the intestinal microbiota and coagulation disorders, as well as numerous mechanisms arising from the acute phase of the infection, with long-term consequences.
