Objective: the objective of this study is to study the impact of the taste tour on children with Pediatric feeding disorders (PFD) and their families. Method: the impact of the “balade gustative” was evaluated, in 13 children and their parent, 1, 4, 8 and 12 months after the 2019 tour using different questionnaires. In the same way, the impact of this therapeutic stay was assessed in 19 children and their parent who participated in the tour before 2019. Results: a positive impact of the “balade gustative” is observed in all participants in our study, which varies according to the aspects and participants. The quantitative data obtained should be linked to the qualitative data collected. Conclusion: the results show that positive changes occur in the daily lives of families following the “balade gustative”. The impact of this therapeutic stay on the child and his family is assessed by most of the parents as favourable or even very favourable in terms of food, the personal experience and the accompaniment of their child on a daily basis. Finally, the study reveals an impact of the “balade gustative” in both the short term and the long term.
