Résumé
This paper is exploring the benefits and the limitations in the use of cannabis in the treatment of epilepsy. First of all, the epilepsy is introduced through a definition, its usual treatments and their inconvenient. Then, the history of medicinal cannabis and its uses are described, followed by the plant by itself. Moreover, its culture, the transformation and the extraction of CBD are being explained. Finally, this piece of work is putting the light on a few clinical studies that uses the molecule in order to find an efficient treatment for epilepsy. In the end, several conclusions and conversations are currently driven and leading to debate.
