Home-Health Care is a complex system that significantly disrupts the patient's life and homeenvironment. The share of Home-Health Care in full hospitalization for short and medium staysis currently increasing in France. The average age was 67.2 years in 2021 and given the agingpopulation and the associated rise in care demand, Home-Health Care is a strategic adaptationthat aligns with the shift towards outpatient care. The aim of this study is to understand theimpact of environmental changes caused by the implementation of Home-Health Care on thepatient's activities. To this end, a qualitative research method was employed, involvinginterviews with caregivers working in a Home-Health Care context. The results highlighted thatthese environmental changes could lead to occupational deprivation for the patient. On the otherhand, the environmental changes caused by Home-Health Care can positively impact bypromoting the patient's activities.
