School bullying is a major social issue, with implications for the well-being and development of children and adolescents. In France, this phenomenon currently affects almost one million school-age children, or 10% of pupils (Legrand and Roure, 2023). This qualitative focus group study involved five professionals from the medical and educational sectors. It aims to explore how the school bullying’s consequences lead to situations of injustice and occupational imbalance in the victims and looks at what the occupational therapist’s practice would bring to this field. The results confirm that the consequences’ diversity endured by bullied students hampers their schooling and daily activities. Interprofessional communication and training on mental health and school bullying are necessary to enable effective interprofessional collaboration that benefits the bullied pupils. By including the occupational therapist's holistic vision, the reintegration of bullying's victims into their activities and schooling will be encouraged, and the social support perceived by the victim will be strengthened.
