Résumé
This thesis explores the development of innovative therapies, focusing on the treatment of follicular lymphoma (FL), an indolent pathology, through the use of CAR-T cells. The study takes an in-depth look at the slow, progressive nature of FL and traditional treatment methods. It highlights the potential efficacy of CAR-T therapy, an approach that relies on the genetic manipulation of the patient's own immune cells to fight the disease. At the same time, it highlights the economic, regulatory and organizational challenges that accompany the adoption of innovative therapies.
