Résumé
Pharmacists are increasingly involved in providing services to their patients beyond the simple dispensing of medicines. However, the emergence of new challenges, notably linked to the covid-19 crisis, has highlighted the need for pharmacies to optimise their activity in order to face these challenges. Faced with these challenges, the automation of tasks in the pharmacy appears to be a promising solution for optimising the activity of pharmacists. In this thesis, an inventory of automation solutions already available on the market for pharmacists and opportunities for the development of other solutions in this sector are presented. Among these opportunities, particular attention is paid to the management and analysis of supplier invoices.
