Résumé
The first part of this thesis is a review of supra-crestal soft tissue management techniques in alveolar preservation surgery. The second part is a scoping review of alveolar preservation in maxillary molars combined with a palatal pedicled connective graft. The third part describes a series of cases performed by theauthor using this surgical technique, and the fourth part opens with a research protocol.
