Résumé
Therapeutic adherence is a key factor in the management of chronic diseases. It avoids many complications and therefore care and thus avoids additional health costs. The patient must be at the center of this care, in agreement and in trust with the healthcare team. His accompaniment and support by caregivers and loved ones are essential. In multiple sclerosis (MS), good adherence is associated with better patient quality of life, lower relapse rate and lower disability score. However, many factors can cause poor adherence, such as anxiety, depression, disability, adverse drug reactions, etc. In this thesis, we evaluated the level of compliance and the factors associated in patients with multiple sclerosis. To do this, we proposed a questionnaire to patients with MS, and analyzed the responses.
