Résumé
In France, the sedentary behaviour and the proportion of chronic diseases is gradually increasing. The role of the pharmacy team is central in providing appropriate advice to patients with stable chronic diseases. On the other hand, physical activity for therapeutic purposes is taking a significant place in the discourse nowadays. And for some years now, public health policies have been in favor of an active lifestyle, as illustrated by the December 30, 2016 implementation decree. While prescription physical activity is growing among physicians, what about for pharmacists? Through this thesis, the aim is to address the development of a thought process around adapted physical activity and this new mode of care in pharmacies. A focus will be made on the Occitania region which is seeing more and more locals initiatives emerging. The final objective of the thesis is to show the place of the pharmacy team in health sports. Indeed, one of the goals of the health professional is to reduce the risk factors related to sedentary lifestyle. In this thesis, you will see this through the advice associated with adapted physical activity in people with stable chronic diseases. The first part of the thesis is designed to assess the knowledge of pharmacists. A questionnaire was carried out in 2021 entitled "Place of the health professional in the pharmacy in advising adapted physical activity in therapy for chronic diseases in Occitania". In order to promote adapted physical activity, the pharmacy team needs counselling tools, which will be described throughout the second part. Finally, the limits of counselling are discussed as well as solutions to achieve the development of this non-therapeutic field at the counter.
