Résumé
While young autistic patients are rarely early supported by speech therapists, their therapy interventions are crucial considering the specificities of these disorders. Allowing to support the development of communication in children with ASD, therapy must necessarily involve parents, in order to engage an ecological and profitable approach for the child. In fact, parents should, just like the speech therapist, become actors in the care of their child. Based on a collaborative approach, parents and speech therapists should co-develop the autistic child's therapeutic project, taking in account both the parental wishes and needs as well as the therapist's practice. We therefore wished to carry out an inventory of the parental partnership's active practice, and more specifically, the co-development of the care project for young autistic children within professional practices. Our questionnaires allowed us to highlight the importance of implementing parental partnership within speech therapy practices for children with ASD aged 18 months to 4years. However, the place of co-construction of the care project between parents and speech therapists could not be highlighted since parents and speech therapists have divergentopinions. Nevertheless, the benefits of these two concepts need to be known, their limitsovercome, to increase their implementation within early speech therapy interventions, andto ensure the improvement of follow-up for young autistic children aged 18 months to 4 years.
