This primer of 25 questionnaires is a support for the pharmacist in his mission to detect risk situations of iatrogenic or pathophysiological origin at the counter. Each questionnaire corresponds to a regular spontaneous request from the patient at the counter of the pharmacy. The requests processed are: asthenia, headache, neck pain, constipation, diarrhea, back pain, abdominal pain, dental pain, epigastric pain, heartburn, female pelvic pain, epistaxis, fever, urinary tract infections, insomnia, sore legs, swollen legs, red legs, laryngitis, low back pain, stuffy nose, red eye, sore eye, impaired vision, blocked ear, hearing loss, stings, pruritus, rashes, cough, dizziness, vomiting.
