Résumé

champs magnétiques génétique des eucaryotes Lycopersicum esculentum
Our goal through this work was to evaluate the effect of exposure of a living organism to EMC HF as is possible to observe in urban areas. This was addressed by irradiating tomato plants by EMC short (2-10 min), low amplitude (5-40 Vm-1), and whose frequency is one of the most used by mobile (900 Mhz). We have made the following choices: a brief electromagnetic treatment, a model eukaryotic still alive: Lycopersicon esculentum, a short analysis time (one hour treatment), a transmitting equipment designed for the study of EMF - Bedroom reverberation Brewing Methods (MBRC) - and finally parameters sensitive and accurate (mRNA abundance, cellular energy status). These conditions allowed us to demonstrate several important similarities between the molecular response of plants to EMC and their response to abiotic stress such as burns leaves.
