Abstract
ECA Robotics, in his facility’s area located in Couëron, is a major player in sector of power electronic systems dedicated to naval applications (civilian and military). The company wish to develop a new family of innovating converters, using original technologies, new generation semiconductor devices and operating with a high efficiency.The main aim of the thesis is to demonstrate the feasibility of a 30kW isolated DC/DC converter able to be associated to build high power conversion units (up to 210kW). The main points to be considerate in the future work are the research of a conversion topology able to respond to the ambitious specifications, the choice and the modelling of semiconductor power devices (SiC/GaN) and the development of a demonstrator technologically sophisticated. Optimization processes will be applied to different part of the conversion system.
