Résumé
The development of power electronic converters for aeronautical applications leads to the study of power module. The main goal is to achieve reliable and compact solutions, critical points in embedded power systems. Nevertheless, the dimensioning is still complex because of the multitude of elements and physics concerned. The study deals with thermal phenomena modelling and electromagnetic compatibility aspects. Its originality consists in the optimization of realized solutions and the simultaneous reduction of thermal disparity and stray currents. The work can be included in virtual prototyping approach. In a second time, two solutions to reduce more stray currents have been investigated. This work represents a major improvement in power module design.
