Résumé
The LMBO provides an answer to the problem raised by the numerous retire-ments of Small Business Managers. The different governments gave a legal answer through LMBO, but it is the role of the manager to initiate the entrepreneurial answer. Our research con-tributes to the formalization of this answer, through the identification of a entrepreneurial lever effect, which completes the three others lever effects: fiscal, legal, and financial. The theoretical contribution of this research (which is mainly exploratory) is the identification of the Intrapreneurial Resource Management (IRM) as a com-ponent of the entrepreneurial lever. Its operationalization is based on an adap-tation of the classical HRM model proposed by H. Mahé de Boislandelle (1988), and conceptualized by a Social-Mix (employment, incentives, training, participation). We analysed the manager's HRM actions dedicated to the intra-preneurs through the four axes of Social-Mix, in a succession context. This un-derscoring of the IRM is the result of a multiple methodological process, com-posed of a diachronic analysis (thanks to a participative observation), a quanti-tative exploratory analysis, and a deepened analysis. The entrepreneurial lever is constituted by the intrapreneur as a fulcrum, by the manager's actions as a force, and by the success of the LMBO as a result. The emergence of this fourth entrepreneurial dimension opens up the way to the proposal of a prescriptive managerial tool for the preparation of the intrapreneurs.
